Return Policy

  1. Return Policy:

    • Overview: I do not accept returns or provide refunds on damaged prints. However, replacement art can be provided should the criteria be met: Tears/rips, excessive creasing caused by transit, water damage. If the damage was done by yourself, was not reported during a 48 hour window or if the damage does not effect the artwork directly, I will not be replacing the print. 
    • Eligibility: Damaged prints or canvas. Damaged originals are to be reported within a 48 hour period and returned to the artist. I do not provide refunds on originals, repaints only.
    • Procedure: Provide clear photographic evidence of damage and a packaging 
    • Exchange: Replacement of art no extra fees if the criteria is met. If you purchased an original that was damaged, I will repaint it. 
    • Timeframe: Within 48 hours of receiving your order

My newly released prints of 'Into the woods' an enchanting autumn forest with cascading light and cosy vibes.

The artist says: This is by far my most detailed painting yet, it really tested my patience. Leaves, so many leaves... but it all came together in the end and I'm so happy to finally be able to show it off.
