Return Policy

  1. Return Policy:

    • Overview: I do not accept returns or provide refunds on damaged prints. However, replacement art can be provided should the criteria be met: Tears/rips, excessive creasing caused by transit, water damage. If the damage was done by yourself, was not reported during a 48 hour window or if the damage does not effect the artwork directly, I will not be replacing the print. 
    • Eligibility: Damaged prints or canvas. Damaged originals are to be reported within a 48 hour period and returned to the artist. I do not provide refunds on originals, repaints only.
    • Procedure: Provide clear photographic evidence of damage and a packaging 
    • Exchange: Replacement of art no extra fees if the criteria is met. If you purchased an original that was damaged, I will repaint it. 
    • Timeframe: Within 48 hours of receiving your order
