The artist is not liable for damages caused by the currier or the customer. However, replacement prints may be available with photo evidence of damage in circumstances where the artist's packaging and protection of the goods was not sufficient.

Replacement prints on undelivered/missing prints may be available.

Repaints of original artworks are available with the understanding that the piece will not be an exact replica and may have some variation. Photo evidence of damages must be provided.
